The Role: Head of Client Success – Revenue Integrity

The Head of Client Success for Revenue Integrity will be responsible for driving client success which is defined as increasing client revenue and margin, including sourcing profitable one-time/placement projects, improving satisfaction (measured by KLAS scores/lower attrition), responding to scope/price requests with best practice resolutions, removing prior scope limitations, supporting targeted client success projects, tracking and improving client re-bill compliance, informing upsell opportunities leveraging data and supporting Client Engagement. This role is focused on translating senior solution expertise and client relationships into strategic execution, generating positive client outcomes while driving your team to perform at a high level with superior results.

Impact you will make::

Leadership

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Client Success team as well as stakeholder relationship management for the business line.


Planning and Strategy

  • Take lead role in revenue budgeting process, in partnership with operations leaders, and deliver bottoms-up forecast for revenue and related metrics.
  • Own the client revenue performance for the RI business, including managing efforts to maximize revenue and optimize solution delivery through collaboration with other areas of the business.
  • Identify and perform research to understand causes for underperformance, bring conclusions to internal teams and drive improvements (focus on outcomes and skills include project management).
  • Create strong partnerships with Sales to drive quota and growth forecasting expectations, as well as support deal negotiation and pricing
  • Align with Implementation teams to drive go-lives, revenue realization relative to PAR estimates and serve as the main point of contact/relationship for clients (early relationship development).
  • Create new ideas and offer suggestions to enhance the quality of work and service offerings to clients.
  • Provide analysis and approval of customer scopes of work with appropriate pricing as well as documentation (contracts and SOWs)


Client Engagement

  • Work with clients to educate on the solution and improve scope of engagements to maximize collections for client and operational performance for Revecore.
  • Optimize client satisfaction (as evidenced by industry ratings/low attrition) leveraging data-driven insights into the outcomes Revecore generates and related internal improvements that can be made by the clients.
  • Participate in the proactive identification of market trends and competitive trends and apply those insights in developing short- and long-term strategies.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the service/product line.


You’ll be successful if you have:

  • 10+ years of Revenue Cycle experience with at least 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams at a senior executive level.
  • Deep RCM and Underpayments domain expertise
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively articulate business strategy as well as translate that strategy into actionable pursuits for your team and other stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and client relations capabilities
  • Strong writing skills in both long-form and short-form to both internal and external parties.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; the ability to work with cross-functional teams productively is required - tactfully working through competing priorities is critical.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead a team; inspiring them, energizing them, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills


It would be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in senior executive and board-level communications; PE-sponsor experience preferred.
