Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $65.69/hour

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies through external staffing partners of Kelly OCG. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Summary:

Help develop, maintain and track project plans for multiple projects in GTM (Global Talent Management) Strategy, ensure integration of plans across other connected projects, ensure meeting notes and actions are recorded, logged and communicated, project status is up to date, accurate and clearly communicated, Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions (RAID) log are properly captured and managed.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Milestones are associated and defined by each project, and there are currently multiple projects aligned under an overall program called Talent Acquisition North Star (TANS).
  • Develop project plan for Digital Interviewing RFP process managed according to plan
  • Develop transition plan to new vendor
  • Develop project plan for Fast Track Recruiting Complete plan for job evaluations to include in WD
  • Develop project plan for HV PRI transition in WD
  • Complete plan for HV PRI transition Go live Plan and track Hypercare for HV PRI transition

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience Project Management with PM certification preferred
  • Experience with Workday, Hired Score, Beamery or equivalent
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and vendor processes
