RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Responsibilities:


  • Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gains.
  • Schedule business development meetings with potential clients.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote the company’s products/services by addressing or anticipating client objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts, ensuring compliance with established legal rules and guidelines.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide reliable post-sales feedback and support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop the sales team.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a relevant role.
  • Base in Mexico City.
  • Professional English and Advanced Spanish.
  • Experience in product launching and/or product market fit.
  • Demonstrated sales track record.
  • Customer support experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
