Analyst, Paid Social - Remote

MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Analyst, Paid Social to join the Mint Marketing Team! Individual reports to Associate Director, Media & Acquisition. Role is remote - must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Analyst, Paid Social for our Mint Mobile brand, you will assist the Media & Acquisition team in the day-to-day management of Paid Social channels (including but not limited to: Meta, Tiktok, Reddit, etc.). You will help with the daily execution of our paid social program by optimizing and tracking the success of campaigns, while also driving innovation through testing into new platforms/strategies/creatives. You will play a pivotal role in the success of our media team and will have a loud voice in shaping our acquisition strategies. 

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:  

•  Assisting in the day-to-day management of paid social platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, etc.).
• Ongoing creative management, adding and adjusting copy, images, and video based on promotional updates and seasonal trends. 
• Budget and bid management, in alignment with the Paid Social Manager’s strategy. 
• Optimizing campaigns to achieve sales and efficiency goals using last-touch and custom attribution models. 
• Regularly communicating with 3rd-party vendors, informing them of upcoming changes and seeking out their guidance and expertise. 
• Monitoring and reporting on daily campaign performance, conducting analyses, and investigating performance changes. 
• Collaborating with our content and creative teams to ensure a continuous flow of new creative concepts and performance. readouts, understanding which elements of creativity drive performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years experience with social buying platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, etc. 
• Hands-On-Keys experience creating, deploying, and optimizing media campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $65,000 - $80,000.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company paid holidays.  The specific programs available will vary depending on state, start date, and employment type.
