Your missions

Role: Customer Experience Consultant Team Leader - 9 month fixed term contract


Location: Location independent - We offer Choice based working that gives you the opportunity to work from a UK location of your choice, we also offer various Konica Minolta office and Regus office spaces across the UK. You may be required to travel to a customer at the needs of the business.


Package: £32,000 - £36,000 plus 15% bonus.

We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant Team Leader to join our team at Konica Minolta!


As a Customer Experience Consultant at Konica Minolta, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role involves converting valuable customer feedback into actionable data, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated and implemented across the business. By championing the voice of the customer, you will drive significant improvements in service delivery, impacting strategic business decisions and creating a customer-centric culture. Your contributions will be vital in supporting business goals, optimizing customer interactions with our products and services, and maintaining our high standards of service excellence.

  • Experience with Office365, and data analysis software, for example Tableau, Qualtrics
  • Display proficiency in analyzing data and transforming insights into actionable strategies that drive customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Have a collaborative working style, thriving in team environments and building strong relationships across various departments.
