What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop, maintain, and scale robust systems for high transaction volumes.
  • Improve software architecture and infrastructure for easier maintenance and seamless deployments.
  • Engage stakeholders for requirements gathering and lead planning sessions.
  • Enhance current systems through troubleshooting and updates to boost efficiency.
  • Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring coding, testing, and deployment standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, exemplifying leadership in a quarter of your role.
  • Independently manage tasks and spearhead initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to innovate our technology stack.

What You Will Need

  • Over 8 years of software development experience, specializing in TypeScript and backend technologies.
  • Background in Fintech projects, particularly in payment processing.
  • Demonstrated skill in constructing and managing large-scale systems.
  • Proficiency in React and other front-end tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of software design principles, basics, and clean coding practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, DevOps methodologies, and infrastructure oversight.
  • Track record of maintaining highly available systems with monitoring and alerting, achieving 99.9% uptime.
  • Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing tools.
  • Capable of leading projects and teams autonomously.

  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL or comparable databases.
