Job description

Minimum four years Project Manager on complex projects in the IT space

  • Experience liaising between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams
  • Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement processes to increase team efficiencies and streamline processes and tools
  • Design, organize and administer document information for the project to enable easy and just in time access (SharePoint, MS-Teams, project management tools)
  • Collaborate and proactively monitor project workstreams, delve into deliverables, risks, and timelines
  • Draft and produce project communications, including reports and presentations
  • Organize and support key project meetings, create and circulate agendas
  • Document, assign and distribute meeting minutes, follow up on actions
  • Manage daily execution and administration of discrete elements of the program, create project plans to achieve competing objectives
  • Monitor team rosters and expenses.
  • Remain current on technical and professional information
  • Superb organizational skills

  • Independent self-starter, with proven ability to anticipate needs.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional timelines simultaneously
