Your missions

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Solink is a different kind of data-analytics software company.  We’ve successfully made video security a source of powerful insight for business owners of franchise and retail chains. We focus on security applications that combat fraud proactively and make it easier for owners to track down problems. Today we focus on loss prevention and in the future, we see every department using video to make data-driven decisions: marketing, operations, even HR.

A job at Solink means working with an amazing team and tackling one of the biggest data problems out there. We are venture backed and focus on continuous execution to delight our customers. We have a creative and collaborative work environment, and all of our employees have meaningful equity in the company.

A bit about the role…

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers, internal teams, and stakeholders to help organize and coordinate the execution of various projects. This role is key to maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for administrative tasks related to project management while supporting the larger operational goals of the team.

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination, administrative, or customer service role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on clarity and accuracy.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using project management tools like Google Suite, Smartsheet, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar software.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Capable of adapting quickly to new challenges and problem-solving in real-time.

  • Experience with data analysis and process improvement is a plus.

Bonus if….

  • You have experience working with installing/repairing CCTV systems

  • You have worked in a similar industry

Security Requirements:

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting project managers and other internal teams with a variety of tasks, including equipment ordering, technician scheduling, invoice approval, and other administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients. Perform follow ups as required to ensure projects flow at the right pace.

  • Track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

  • Prepare reports, project documentation, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Help resolve any project-related issues by coordinating with the necessary departments.

  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date records for ongoing projects and ensure proper documentation.

  • Participate in project meetings, taking minutes and ensuring action items are followed up.
