We are looking for a Brand Lead to join our Marketing Team as we help grow Businessolver’s brand awareness, equity, and preference.

Your passion is brand. You have experience of building and promoting a brand through various channels and mediums and within integrated campaigns. You understand that the brand experience is important, and developing a following and experience drives loyalty, understanding and belonging. You understand how to support an integrated approach to drive measurable business results, leveraging high-value content for campaigns/programs, and the ability to understand multiple audience segments. Experience with SAAS technology, HR consulting or benefits is helpful.

From Day 1, you will be tasked with supporting and promoting our brand strategy through writing and a variety of mediums and outlets including sponsorships and public relations. You will be asked to learn and understand our technology and solutions, to drive influence and understanding of our core products and pay special attention to the brand experience and how we show up in the media and at events and sponsorships. We need someone who can contribute to the content, collaborate with other experts, and focus on tackling the day-to-day organization of getting things done.

The Gig:

  • Lead messaging and brand initiatives, including working directly with our social and digital teams to drive a brand following through content.
  • Work with our public relations team to provide writing support and coordinate internal and external interviews, articles, by-lines and other activities.
  • Collaborate with multiple team members and provide project management to our long list, and fun internal projects.
  • Lead and support content projects such as our vodcast and newsletters.
  • Provide support and help tell our ‘why’ story with our various sponsorships and events our brand is a part of including external brand partnerships.
  • Collaborate with and provide support to other departments to ensure brand consistency through promotions and partnerships.
  • Observe, understand, and analyze market and competitor trends on a consistent basis to inform leadership and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Support the brand standards and ensure standards are being upheld and uniformity is created and maintained across multiple platforms, including outward activities such as events, sponsorships, and other items that the brand is mentioned or a part of.
  • Consistently create measurables and report out on KPIs and objectives and make recommendations based on the data.

What you need to make the cut:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, or related field
  • 3-5 years of public relations, sponsorships and/or direct brand experience; B2B preferred
  • Experience and enjoy managing projects from start to finish and continuing to develop those skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Familiarity with brand monitoring
  • Experience working with vendors and 3rd party partners required
  • HR Technology experience preferred, especially Benefits related
  • Creative problem-solver who can execute with pristine detail
  • Must possess exceptional organization skills, excellent attention to detail, and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service oriented and end-user minded
  • Must be comfortable being a self-starter, working independently, and creating concrete plans with input from a variety of sources
  • Must have examples and real-life experiences, including results to speak to during interview process

The pay range for this position is 74K to 95K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data). 

This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
