ABOUT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPERS- (iOS & Android) ROLE:

WIN is looking to add App Developers- (iOS & Android) to our growing team! Ideal candidates will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications that offer exceptional user experiences. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team building state-of-the-art web, mobile and VR applications. Transforming the real estate industry with one of its kind disruptive services by harnessing the power of generative AI in most of our upcoming products. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to conceptualize and develop new mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Swift (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android) programming languages.
3. Contribute to the team's technical documentation and knowledge base.
4. Publish apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and respond to user feedback and resolve issues.
5. Design, build, and maintain advanced, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces that meet the latest design and user experience trends.
6. Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to identify and rectify bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks before deployment.
7. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionalities and provide seamless user experiences.
8. Collaborate with designers to ensure that UI/UX designs are translated into high-quality app interfaces.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile app development trends, technologies, and platforms, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance app performance and user engagement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
2. Proven experience in mobile app development with a strong portfolio of iOS and Android apps.
3. Familiarity with hybrid app development frameworks, such as Cordova (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and Xamarin (C#) is a plus.
4. Experience with cross-platform frameworks, such as Flutter (Dart) and React Native (JavaScript), is also desired.
5. Proficiency in Swift and Java/Kotlin programming languages.
6. Extensive knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, including UIKit and Android Studio.
7. Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and Material Design guidelines.
8. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
9. Experience with automated testing frameworks for mobile applications
10. Understanding of app security practices, including encryption, data protection, and secure authentication methods.
11. Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
12. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
13. Published apps on the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store are a significant advantage
