Principal Consultant – Deltek Solutions Architect

As a Senior Principal Consultant within our Deltek Practice, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and strategic consulting services to clients in the Architecture Engineering (AE) Industry. Leveraging your AE consulting experience, you will lead and oversee complex projects, driving business transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of Deltek Vantagepoint.  

This role demands a combination of Deltek expertise, leadership, mentoring skills, and business acumen to deliver value to our clients and contribute to the growth and success of our consulting practice.

This is a remote position that can work from anywhere within the United States. 

What you’ll do at SN: 

• Be the Deltek Vision & Vantagepoint Subject Matter Expert for the team
• Provide oversight and support to consultants to ensure successful project delivery
• Ability to provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects
• Mentor consultants and develop processes and assets to support the growth of the Deltek Consulting Practice
• Lead requirements gathering, planning and design workshops for strategic engagements.
• Support creation of services estimates
• Expected Travel <15%

What you may have done before:

• Lead customer engagements at an executive level while managing project resources.
• Have presented clearly and confidently to C-Level Executives

 What it takes to be a Deltek Consultant: 

• 7+ years of Deltek Vision & Vantagepoint Consulting Experience  
• Command of accounting principles, project cost accounting, revenue recognition, overhead allocation and distribution, organizational/profit center structure, multi-company and multi-currency design and configuration, project controls, project, and financial reporting  
• Knowledge of architecture and engineering industry financial and project management best practices  
• Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint Master Certification
• Self-motivated and positive attitude with a desire for knowledge to keep skill set relevant

Salary:

The base salary range for this position is an estimate of $170,000 - $185,000 with an estimated OTE of up to $200,000. A final compensation offer within this range will be based on factors including an individual’s skill sets, experience, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and geography.
