Job description

Your missions

Position: Data Scientist

Work Hours (Client): Mondays to Fridays, Central Time, Flexible Schedule

Pay Range: $900 - $1200/month

Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

Manual Work & Web Scraping:

Extract data from websites

Hand-to-Hand Math:

Perform basic calculations manually or using tools like Excel.

Financial Analysis: (very minimal)

Conduct financial ratio analysis and valuation models.
Analyze financial statements.

Update Models/Data Sets:

Integrate and update client-provided models/data sets.
Validate updated models.

Online Data Retrieval & Calculation:

Find and clean data online using manual and automated processes.
Complete calculations as per provided instructions.

Summarize Articles:

Read and summarize key points of provided articles, podcasts and papers.

Blog Support:

Provide daily list of digital asset and artificial intelligence related news stories
Provide weekly summary of updates on key artificial intelligence updates

AI Tools Utilization:

Identify and implement relevant AI tools for tasks and project, and provide instructions on how to use

General tasks:

May be asked to complete various tasks and training

Requirements

Proven 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
Proficient in Python
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Basic understanding of financial markets
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Excellent Analytical Skills
Highly Organized
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
