We invite an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join our Salesforce sub-department and help us successfully deliver projects for our client, a top payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 businesses in the US. You’ll implement, coach, and lead Scrum practices for two separate teams engaged in creating robust and scalable Salesforce solutions that meet the company’s needs and bring value to hundreds of thousands of people.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactivity, flexibility, responsibility
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Stakeholder management expertise
  • Risk management experience
  • Good backlog management skills and experience
  • People management skills; great training, mentoring, and coaching abilities

Desirable:

  • Experience setting up, driving, and coaching Scrum from scratch
  • SAFe certification
  • Salesforce experience
  • Project budgeting experience

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll apply effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to facilitate and drive Agile teams in adopting and using the Scrum methodology.

  • Set up and tailor the Scrum framework to address the unique needs of the teams
  • Coach teams in Scrum and Agile methodologies and facilitate all related events
  • Track team performance metrics to identify gaps and areas for improvement
  • Report these metrics to stakeholders to maintain alignment and support Scrum adoption strategies
  • Coordinate and plan work for upcoming periods
  • Support team activities during periodic nighttime releases
