Although a young studio, they are now implementing in their own right, a diverse range of architectural and interiors projects. They build on the ideas explored in previous practices and formulate and explore new themes across their growing and diverse client base, including state government departments, local government authorities, tertiary and K-12 learning institutions, leading developers and private clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Collect, organize, and analyse data related to project performance, resource allocation, and financial metrics.
  • Assist in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Preparation of invoicing.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable with precision.
  • Liaise with external accountants for financial compliance.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the company.
  • Assist in onboarding new staff members.
  • Preparation of Fee Proposals and other contracts.
  • Liaise with clients on behalf of the company
  • Run weekly reports to assess project health.
  • Monitor staff time sheets and follow up when required to ensure accuracy.
  • Inbox management.
  • Monitoring & responding to email enquiries.
  • Monitoring & following up IT support.
  • Ensure project budgets are entered correctly into Coincraft.
  • Ensure staff leave is recorded accurately in Xero.
  • Update information in lists and databases as required.
  • Ad hoc administrative support for Practice Manager and key leadership staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5-8 years) in business analysis, process improvement, or data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of professional service consultancy project management and related processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Xero, MYOB).
  • Working experience in accounting software preferably with Xero.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactive and can express his/her own ideas.

Advantageous but not required:

  • Knowledge of Australian business and accounting practices
  • CPA License
  • Experience in payroll
  • Experience in consultancy and accounting

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday MNL Time 9AM to 6PM
