Reporting:
Oversee the production of impact reports to be distributed internally, providing insights into our effectiveness. Ensure routine and consistent collection and dissemination of quantitative and qualitative data within the organization.

Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with fundraising and other departments to provide analytical, quantified data and qualitative observations on our impact to support funding efforts and organizational decision-making.

Team Management:
Provide leadership and guidance to the Impact team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Support professional development and performance management of team members.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including donors, partners, and government agencies, representing the organization professionally.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for program enhancement and efficiency gains through regular review and feedback mechanisms. Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact assessment and program management, integrating learning into our practices.
