We are a forward-thinking company dedicated to delivering high-quality engineering solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Contract Manager to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining coding standards, ensuring project milestones are met, and overseeing our offshore development agency's performance.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll develop and enforce coding and quality standards for our engineering delivery team. Regularly reviewing pull requests, you'll audit code quality to ensure it meets our high standards. You’ll also monitor compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration will be key as you work with executives, the agency, and end users to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved to a high standard. When technical blockers arise, you'll identify and implement corrective actions swiftly.
Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for security and compliance within our applications. As the primary contact between the company and the offshore development agency, you'll manage and resolve any disputes or issues that arise.
Establishing robust documentation processes, you’ll conduct and document audits, retrospectives, and key decisions in Confluence. You’ll set up key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the offshore development agency and regularly review these metrics, providing detailed reports to business leadership.
Additionally, you’ll oversee a QA automation team of four, ensuring the creation of an extensive library of test cases.
What We're Looking For:
