We are currently seeking to recruit Case Managers at an exciting time of growth for our business

 

You will be responsible for   

  • Proactive management of your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation

  • Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants 

  • Compliance focus 

  • Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes. 

  • Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements

  • Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information

  

About you 

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

  • Familiarity with MS Office Products

  • Strong work ethic and time management skills 

  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret legislation

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent customer service skills & the ability to handle difficult coversations
