Remote Business Processing Mining Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for a senior professional with a consultative background who plays a crucial role in driving the business intelligence for our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing data to extract meaningful insights and mining business processes to design cohesive transformative improvement programs beneficial to our clients. We need someone who has great exposure into back office operations like F&A and HR Operations in Life science, Retail or Manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities:

• Designing business process improvements programs based on data findings and process mining.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Creating visual models for representations of business processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborating with teams to collect data and execute the company's mission.
• Communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required:

• 10+ years of domain expertise in North America Healthcare, Banking, or Supply Chain Industry
• 5+ years of experience in data science and process improvement
• 2+ years of experience with process mining tools like Celonis
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
• Ability to travel for client meetings, as needed.

• Proficiency in process mining tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills and design thinking to convey findings and recommendations.
• Knowledge of business process management and workflow automation
