Description

Do you want a career that can make a difference in the healthcare industry?  At Amare Medical Network, we care for the people we work with and for.  As a Regional Business Development Manager for the Atlanta Post-Acute division, you will be responsible for developing and increasing sales revenue while maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical region. This role will devise effective territory sales, marketing strategies, and analyzing data to find the most efficient sale methods. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a growth mindset and excellent communication skills and who enjoys working in a values-centric environment with a tight-knit and supportive company culture. The Regional Business Development Manager must be located in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and introduce Amare Medical Network to target accounts to develop new business and grow overall market share.
  • Responsible for full-cycle business development with a multi-touch approach (heavy phone presence, emails, in-person meetings, text messages, conferences, networking events, etc.). 
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with referral sources in the community through networking and aligning with industry-specific organizations.
  • Respond to new client service inquiries and conduct new client assessments.
  • Handles client complaints, issues, or concerns until they are resolved.
  • Expansion of new verticals within an assigned territory (Schools, Corrections, Hospice, etc.).
  • Create efficiencies within verticals.
  • Maintain and improve internal and external Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Oversees all business development activity.
  • Ensure all business development KPIs are achieved.
  • Improve the profitability of the business.
Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Management, or Healthcare Administration desirable, but not required.
  • 5+ years leadership / management experience.
  • Excellent management skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently
