Home-Based Contract Specialist

Our European activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, home-based Contract Specialist to join our Clinical Operations team in Bulgaria. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and budgets within pre-set parameters;
• Prepare original site and vendor contracts;
• Work with Medpace clinical trial team to manage the maintenance of study contracts.
• Ensure timelines are met in an efficient manner;
• Act as a liaison between Sponsor, sites, vendors, and Medpace team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in law or finance. Business and Economy degrees may also be considered;
• Demonstrated knowledge of the preparation and maintenance of contracts and budgets;
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Fluency in English and local language;
