Accelerated Digital Media stands as a self-funded, employee-owned digital marketing agency with a focus on performance media management across paid search and paid social channels. We're seeking a talented and results-driven Creative Strategist who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that captivate and convert target audiences. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to craft compelling narratives and creative concepts that align with our clients' goals. Your work will span various digital platforms, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement creative strategies specific to Paid Social channels (Meta, Linkedin, Tik Tok, etc), Google Ads & Programmatic channels that align with clients’ business objectives and drive performance across digital channels.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, copy, and interactive media.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape to inform creative direction.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our client services team to ensure creative projects are prioritized effectively, testing roadmaps are being properly executed and measured, and service to clients is one cohesive experience.
  • Performance Analysis: In conjunction with the client services team, analyze data from creative performance to continue to inform strategic evolution and the next phase of creative production.
  • Innovation: Build out internal creative resources for our agency inclusive of graphic design software, creative templates, stock image/video libraries, ai creative software, creative processes, marketing material related to our creative strategy, and more.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 plus years of experience in creative strategy and design.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Must have an online creative portfolio

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance marketing and understanding of key metrics such as ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working with creative AI tools

Salary Range: $85,000-100,000
