Your missions

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:

    • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm UK Time from Monday to Wednesday.
    • 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm UK Time every Friday.
    • 11:00 am to 7:00 pm UK Time every Sunday
    • With a 30-minute unpaid break

Responsibilities:

• Keep detailed records of daily financial transactions to evaluate the financial performance of the business
• Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payments for company expenses to maintain financial stability
• Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff salaries
• Aid in the preparation and submission of VAT and other tax-related documents to ensure compliance with regulations
• Review and analyze customer complaints and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Maintain records of staff performance feedback and assist in monitoring their adherence to company standards
• Manage and respond to email correspondence on behalf of the director, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and partners
• Coordinate meetings and appointments for the director and prepare basic reports as required to facilitate decision-making processes

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in property management, administration, or finance is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
