Delivery Service Consultant

Our client, an eCommerce logistics and last mile delivery expert, is searching for a Delivery Service Consultant to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise and Resources: Utilize your resources and extensive experience in delivery partners, line haul, and warehouse management to support the selection and contracting of service partners in the North Rhine-Westphalia area.
  

• Supplier Capability Assessment: Identify and evaluate the capabilities of potential suppliers, define service KPIs, and establish quality management KPIs.
  

• Meeting Facilitation: Assist in arranging and attending meetings with potential partners, providing comparative analyses and recommendations to the project manager.
  

• Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans and solutions based on the specific needs of the customer.
  

Requirements:

• Highly experienced and well-connected Delivery Service consultant to work with our customer's project manager.
  

• Resources and expertise in three key areas: delivery partners, line haul, and warehouse management. 
  

• Experience in the screening, negotiation, and on boarding of service partners within the North Rhine-Westphalia region. 
  

• The consultant must be capable of working independently (Selbstständigkeit).
  

• Work Hours: Expected 20 hours per week but negotiable (depending on the consultant's resources).
  

• Language requirements: German & English.
