In this role, as a Senior Front-end Engineer in the Software Engineering team, you will work with a team of highly technical Software engineers, Operation Engineers, Product Managers to engineer great products, deliver five 9's uptime, build reliable systems, tools & automate processes.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark
Providing guidance and support for team members to help them achieve project deadlines and goals
Collaborate with other developers on a team to design, develop, maintain, and enhance high quality software products.
Build scalable, enterprise-classsoftware products.
Resolve problems of advanced scope and engage assistance from more experienced
team members where appropriate.
Contribute to and benefit from a team of amazing people
Facilitate continuousimprovement and agile SDLC
Mentor & Motivate other software engineers
Write clean, well-formed, testable, and maintainable software following the accepted coding standards and using best software development practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects in software and related systems on an
advanced level.
Contribute to the project discovery processin a meaningful way.
Identify ways to optimize our software products to provide for the needs of our enterprise
scale business.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Strong understanding with 5+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS, React, React Hooks, JavaScript (ES6 and beyond), TypeScript.
Experience leading teams (Hands-on development)
Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation.
Excellent English skills.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Unit Testing, Git, CI/CD using Jenkins.
Familiarity with analytics framework viz. GTM, Hotjar, etc.
Exposure to technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, API Gateways, Service Workers, CDN, etc. is a plus.
Openness to change and eagerness to work with tools and technologies that may be outside your comfort zone
Excellent conceptual, and critical thinking capabilities
Mobile app technologies such as React Native is a plus
Experience with PWA and SPAs is a plus
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Figma/Sketch etc. is a plus.
