Your missions

Tax Manager

Key Role:

Provide support in all tax matters, with a focus on tax compliance, tax accounting, and operational needs. Manage the tax compliance process, including data gathering and coordination with outside advisors. Review income and indirect tax filings. Assist with quarterly tax provision. Collaborate closely with internal colleagues and outside advisors. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in tax practice in public accounting, law firm, or large corporate tax department

  • 6+ years of experience with corporate tax compliance and accounting

  • ​Ability to display strong ethical values and commitment to compliance and integrity

  • Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Finance, or Accounting

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and maintain outstanding internal and external relationships

  • Ability to be a team player and comprehend the value in collaboration among peers

  • Ability to exhibit high energy levels and be motivated by working with driven people in a values-based culture

  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Master's degree in Taxation or Law (LL.M.)

  • CPA License

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
