  • 経理部および会社全体の効率化推進、再保険をはじめとする各種業務プロセスの構築および運営を担。
  • 構築したプロセスをRegulatory reportingに反映し、他チームおよび他部門の業務改善の提案および実行を行う。
  • 主にExcelやSASを使用したデータ分析およびレポート作成。

The Opportunity

Job Description:

  • Promote efficiency within the accounting department and the company as a whole, including the construction and operation of various business processes, such as reinsurance.
  • Develop processes and incorporate them into regulatory reporting, proposing and implementing business improvements for other teams and departments.
  • Utilize Excel and SAS for data analysis and report creation.

Skills & Experience (Must Have):

  • Logical thinking and thorough simplification of tasks.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in reading and writing English.

Skills & Experience (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in developing regular reporting processes.
  • Associate membership or higher in actuarial organizations is a plus.

Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:

Over time:

0-40 hours/month.

Salary:

Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.

Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

Working Hours:

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm  (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
