The FAS Invoice Pay Analyst will partner with the Sr. FAS Invoice Pay Analyst for successful & efficient day-to-day Invoice Pay Operations. The role of the FAS Invoice Pay Analyst requires a positive attitude and ability to judge/anticipate the needs of the customer. The FAS Invoice Pay Analyst will help the customer with daily transactions, making SUA (Virtual Credit Card) payments, and performing supplier enrichments for campaigns. The FAS Invoice Pay Analyst will be focused on driving and ensuring customer satisfaction post hyper care/ campaign. 

Responsibilities

  • Daily Processing
  •          Monitor daily payment processing for IP and fulfillment using varius views and reports.
  •          Supplier error case management
  •          Make web/ phone/ portal payments
  •          Stop Check/ payment reissue
  •          SUA Monitoring in CSI
  •          Post-hyper-care supplier sync support, EWS Verification support, and SUA supplier enrollment
  •          Return payment support
  •          Send Weekly/ Monthly recon files
  • SUA (Virtual Credit Card) Campaign Support
  •          Campaign Enrichment
  •          Cross Account Supplier Review for SUA

Education/Certification Requirement

High School diploma

Required

  • Working knowledge/language of the following business areas: Financials

Preferred

  • Some college
  • Accounts Payable experience (or other accounting/ financials experience)
  • Workday Knowledge
  • OCR knowledge
