Our Newest Opportunity:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work with various parts of our People and Culture team to create, administer, and audit our Variable Compensation Plans (VCP) to ensure the speedy delivery of the finalized document to the employee
- Research and resolve producer compensation plan issues
- Work to audit, update, and clean up various compensation plans within our HRIS system
- Assess current processes and gives insight to optimize efficiency
- Implements changes to process, forms, etc. based on feedback from the team
- Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organizations compensation programs
- Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs
- Support the compensation team in Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
- Utilizes compensation surveys to research positions, compile market data, and prepare market pricing reports as needed
- Apply strong analytics and problem-solving skills to conduct complex analyses
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 - 5 years experience in HR, Compensation, or related field
- An understanding of Excel and Microsoft Word
- Previous experience utilizing human resources information systems
- Ability to analyze data and recognize analytical patterns
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects at once
- Highly organized and driven to accomplish the goals set before them
- Strong writing skills with ability to correspond in a clear and concise manner
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $60,000.00 to $65,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
