Position Description:

Financial Supply Chain Senior Specialist

The Senior Specialist is responsible for developing the company’s financial supply chains. The position works closely with tax, supply chain, comet, the finance community, and many others. The role provides an opportunity to be an active part of the changes in our company's business. The Senior Specialist is a key control function that ensure our supply chains are developed and executed in alignment with our company's tax strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist our company's corporate tax team with the development of financial supply chain maps (in Visio and eventually with a cloud tool) for new products, new deals, divestitures, and source changes  to existing products

  • Work closely with Value Chain Management and Supply Chain Planning to ensure FSCs are updated in a timeframe and structure that the business can support

  • Actively participate in TRAIN teams and project teams for new business, representing financial supply chain interests

  • Manage the intercompany customer and vendor fields in SAP

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, management, supply chain, or a related field.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in SAP, supply chain, or intercompany finance is preferred but not required.

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management and coordination skills

  • Ability to lead a team across divisions and regions

  • Ability to effectively support business constituents with sometimes conflicting requirements and business objectives.

    U.S. Hybrid Work Model

    Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.  This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely.     Expected salary range:

    $83,100.00 - $130,900.00
