5+ years in a Marketing role with progressive responsibility and demonstrable experience forming and executing a strategy that focuses on the marketing funnel with attention on CRO.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (web, PPC, social, SEO, email) to deliver an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy.
· Strong story telling skills to effectively communicate key benefits and value to the customer in a clear and concise manner.
· High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute deadline-driven projects to a high standard through strong project management skills.
· Experience using marketing automation technology such as Oracle Eloqua
· Experience managing social media through platforms such as Hootsuite, and experience with social media listening and sentiment analysis.
· Experience with marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe)
· Experience in budget management
· Experience in team management and development
· Proficiency with MS Office, including intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
· Team player and highly collaborative, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience in B2B environments is preferred (events and media background preferred)
· Willingness to travel

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
