海外チームへのエスカレーション業務あり(英語)

Support Specialist (contract work, work from home)

Based in San Francisco, we provide online English conversation services provided by native English speakers. Currently, it is the latest online English conversation service developed with cutting-edge technology and used by English learners in over 130 countries around the world.

The main job of this position is to provide support by email to Japanese students who are studying English every day. Since you work from home, you do not need to come to the office, so you can work from anywhere in the country.

■ Contract details

Contract type: Outsourcing to US headquarters (freelance)

Work location: Work from home

Work days: 5-day-week shift/ we take turns

Work hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (actual work: 8 hours)

Remuneration: Monthly

■ Main duties

Email support for Japanese users of online English conversation services

Main inquiries: Account-related, technical issues, consultations on improving English conversation skills

Number of cases handled: Approximately 50 to 80 cases per day

Tools used: Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, etc.

Escalation work to overseas teams (English)

■ Required skills

Over 1 year of experience in email support in Japanese

Basic PC skills (Google Suite or Microsoft Office)

Basic knowledge of IT-related topics such as computers and networks

Language

English (TOEIC 550 or higher, EIKEN Grade 2 or higher)

Japanese (native level)
