Mission

Identify and engage with the best talent for Addi, taking ownership of attracting top talent to our talent pools, fill our open positions, build and maintain talent pipelines, work closely and effectively with Hiring Managers, and become the trusted advisor for their talent needs across the organization. You are an owner and problem solver and tenaciously hunt the right talent, present compelling opportunities at our company, and take a very considerate approach with candidates and Hiring Managers as a Talent Partner..

What you will do

  • Recruit for technical and business positions in Addi, constantly attracting talent from Colombia or the LATAM region, achieving the objectives defined in the hiring plan.

  • You thrive in recruiting for roles that require hard-to-find skills, niche, and high-demand skillsets.

  • Deliver against short-term and anticipated demand, identifying prospective candidates by researching and engaging with talent and utilizing digital and social media channels effectively (mainly LinkedIn).

  • Engage talent and convert passive or non-job seekers into active candidates for current or future vacancies, being respectful and transparent to ensure a high level of Candidate Satisfaction.

  • Tailor the approach to prospective candidates to meet the needs of each specific position by adapting key messages and information.

  • Capture and share key market intelligence and provide market insights to internal clients.

  • Make sure a shortlist of candidates is high quality and fits the high standards demanded by the senior leadership team.

  • Communicate timely and efficiently with internal clients using data and reports to align expectations, and strive to maintain deadlines but anticipate and communicate issues to achieve a high level of Hiring Manager satisfaction.

  • You are a whiz at sourcing on LinkedIn - you have mastered boolean search and know how to tailor searches based on role requirements with ease and effectiveness.

  • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company communicates its Employee Value Proposition (for example on our Career Page, Glassdoor, LinkedIn or social media)

  • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire, e2e conversion, offer acceptance rate ensuring fulfillment and optimization of our SLAs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in Technical Recruiting for international companies, preferably with Colombian and Latin America scope

  • Collaborative mindset, being a true team player who will help the area wherever there is a need, whenever possible.

  • Owner mentality - You want Addi, the Talent Acquisition department, and your team to succeed. You know the impact of your job, and you care deeply about succeeding.

  • Hands-on experience in using recruiting sourcing tools and best practices to identify prospective candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Applicant Tracking Systems – ATS, CRM data mining, and Job board resume/CV databases).

  • Strong proven track record of Stakeholder Management, demonstrating a track record of influencing and persuading based on data and evidence.

  • Shows evidence of ability to interpret data to make it usable and relevant.

  • Solid interviewing experience, pre-screening, interviewing, and conducting technical and behavioral and cultural assessments of candidates.

  • Has worked and succeeded in fast-changing, low-direction environments; can pivot as needed while balancing day-to-day results with long-term planning and strategy.

  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
