Senior Designer, Creative Services - Contract

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Brand and Creative team within the Marketing department. In this role, you will develop designs within brand guidelines for Five9 marketing materials across digital, print, video, and experiential deliverables.

This position is located and based in our San Francisco, CA office.

Responsibilities:

• Design for internal and external corporate projects including advertising, collateral, social posts, booth graphics, logos, icons, presentations, and videos/motion graphics
• Listen to internal client briefs and goals, brainstorm and conceptualize design options, develop designs and take feedback, and create deliverables through to completion
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the internal creative team, vendors and wider marketing team, meeting deadlines and communicating effectively
• Update and maintain internal shared files of design assets, photography, and videos

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience, ideally in a design lead role for creative/marketing agency or an internal agency
• Experience in collaborating with cross functional stakeholders, internally and externally
• Ability to take feedback and translate into design revisions
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and priorities efficiently
• Expert knowledge of design software Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and MS 365 Office
• Strong typography skills
• Experience in video art direction
• Understanding of current design trends
• Positive, collaborative, “can do” approach with exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Understanding of branding and excellent eye for high-quality creative assets
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Stunning portfolio of sample projects
• Experience designing for SaaS or tech space company/client a plus
