Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating purchase orders and managing purchase requisitions
  • Ensure delivery of goods and services in accordance with user requirements and delivery schedules
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies in billing or orders
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing information
  • Assist in developing and maintaining inventory management systems
  • Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements
  • Support departmental efforts in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in a related industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable in procurement processes and inventory management systems.
