YOUR MISSION

Glovo's team is looking for a Billing Operations and AR Analyst in Serbia's Finance Department who will play a key role in the Finance team - providing data in order for the department to make sound decisions.

THE JOURNEY

• Generate invoices and payments accurately in a timely manner
• Update and maintain billing records and master data when applicable
• Ensure quality of accounting data by monitoring and implementing control checks
• Collaborate closely and proactively with other departments & local teams; Resolve all billing and payment related inquiries within established SLAs
• Maintain and update billing documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with department guidelines
• Establish effective back-up support processes (cross-training and knowledge transfer) to ensure seamless support for all portfolio matters; ensure adequate coverage when out of office
• Assist with reconciliations & support month-end-closing
• Assist with debt collection 
• Assist in the identification of process improvements
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in positions related to: Billing and Finance Operations, Financial, Planning and Strategy or FP&A
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Be a graduate student in Economics (preferably a Public Accountant or Business Administration)
• Experience in similar sectors or technology companies will be valued
• Advanced English
• Analytical profile, data-driven, goal-oriented, and teamwork
