Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in web development to contribute to our diverse projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and a proven track record in creating robust and scalable web applications. You will work with cutting-edge technologies for both front-end and back-end development. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex websites using cutting-edge technologies, including Next.js, TailwindCSS, PostgreSQL, Clerk Authentication, Vercel, and Shadcn/UI components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring both front-end and back-end needs are addressed
• Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize application performance and scalability
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, security, and maintainability of web applications
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in web development and computer science, and apply them to enhance our products.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Work effectively in a remote team environment, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Take initiative and drive projects forward independently, demonstrating a proactive and self-starter attitude.

Requirements

• 4 years plus experience as a full-stack web developer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required

• Proven experience as a web developer, both in front-end and back-end
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software architecture
• Proficiency in database management systems, such as PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks like Next.js
• Experience with authentication services like Clerk Authentication
• Proficiency in using CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS
• Familiarity with tools like Vercel and Shadcn/UI components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive and self-starter attitude, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently
