About the Role:

The SEO Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of SEO best practices, proven experience in executing successful SEO campaigns, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Perform keyword research and identify new opportunities to target relevant search terms.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content, images, and internal linking.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and page speed optimization.
• Create and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing analyst to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligns with our marketing goals.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
• Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Optimize local SEO efforts, including managing Google My Business and other local listings.
• Assist with content creation and provide SEO guidelines for blog posts, articles, and web pages.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Experience with website analytics and performance monitoring.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
