We are looking for a talented & passionate Brand Marketing Executive, Greece & Cyprus, based in our offices in Agia Paraskevi. The purpose of this role is to work with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing team to increase Cosmos brand awareness & drive customer engagement in Greece and Cyprus. This will involve managing the execution of digital strategy and efficient coordination of all social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of Online Communication strategies in Greece & Cyprus, in alignment with Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing team.
  • Create engaging content for all digital campaigns, ensuring that the campaigns are launched on time and within available budget.
  • Organize and implement Social Media Posts (FB, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Create and monitor​ Newsletter campaigns.
  • Assist in updating website content and building of landing pages.
  • Brief in-house team as well as external partners for content production.
  • Coordinate with partners / vendors on campaign execution.
  • Interact directly with Graphics Designers & Studio teams to create appealing content.
  • Identify and engage with local social media influencers to develop a database of key influencers.
  • Coordinate the influencer seeding process to ensure accurate, timely and efficient arrival of products.
  • Conduct weekly SoMe reports to be shared with key internal & external stakeholders to drive data driven conclusions.
  • Work closely with Go To Market, Trade Marketing, Commercial, Retail and E-com teams to ensure that digital campaigns align with company’s goals.
  • Cooperate with other company’s departments i.e. HR, IT, Procurement etc. and build strong relationships with key vendors.
  • Keep up to date with latest marketing trends as well as industry’s updates.
  • Participate & support a big variety of Media, PR, and Corporate events.     

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, or a related role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, e-mail marketing & familiarity with analytics platforms.
  • Well-organized with an eye for detail and the ability to plan, develop, and execute multiple marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management & project management skills to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal team members as well as with external partners.
  • Stay updated on marketing tools and platforms to optimize campaigns' efficiency.
  • Understanding of the sporting goods industry and market trends is considered a plus.
