About the job:
Role: Executive Assistant / Project Manager
Work schedule: Full Time | Be prepared to work PST hours
(This is a salary position and we work above and beyond the typical 40 hours to help our nurses)
Salary Range: US $1,300 - US$ 1,700.00 per month (Dependent on your skills and experience)

About the Role:

The Executive Assistant will primarily support the Growth team but will also assist other departments as needed. This role involves working closely with Kenton, the CEO, to drive strategic initiatives, manage various tasks, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled project manager who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support:
    • Collaborate with the CEO to drive key strategic initiatives and ensure their successful implementation.
    • Assist in the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the Growth team and other departments.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Team Support:
    • Serve as a point of contact for the Growth team and assist with various departmental needs.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration across different teams and departments.
    • Organize and coordinate team events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Ad Hoc Duties:
    • Take on miscellaneous tasks as required to support the CEO and the broader team.
    • Provide high-level administrative support to other departments when necessary.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
    • Key Software: Airtable, Pipedrive, or can make automation
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
