Recruitment Consultant at ProTalent lab Global Search

Join our dynamic international agency ProTalent lab with offices in Moscow and Berlin as a Recruitment Consultant. We specialize in executive search and management selection for both international and Russian clients, including large corporations. This role involves working remotely, utilizing modern technologies and AI to optimize recruitment processes, and focusing on the finance, investment, tech and legal sectors. Fluency in Russian and English is required, and German is a plus. We offer a fixed salary with performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on executive search and management selection level positions.
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels (online platforms, social networks, professional communities, direct search, etc.).
  • Develop customized solutions based on clients' needs and industry specifics.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' professional and personal qualities.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with clients and provide feedback.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure information is current.
  • Collaborate with researchers on projects to identify and attract top talent.
  • Utilize modern technologies and AI to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Implement innovative methods for candidate assessment and selection.
  • Participate in projects related to assessment and Training & Development (T&D).
  • Participate in career events and workshops

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in HR, psychology, personnel management, or related fields).
  • Proven track record of successfully filling vacancies, preferably in investments, finance, or law.
  • Fluency in Russian and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Understanding and application of modern technologies and neural networks in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Strong self-organization and discipline to work effectively remotely.
