What You'll Do:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.

  • Build Relationships: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Innovative Sourcing: Use creative sourcing methods to attract and engage top talent.

  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and select top candidates.

  • Candidate Experience: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and transparent recruitment journey.

  • Interview Leadership: Lead initial interviews and support the assessment process.

  • Offer Negotiation: Facilitate discussions and negotiations with candidates.

  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow recruiters to achieve shared goals.

  • Efficient Delivery: Meet recruitment targets quickly and effectively.
