Within our Distribution Sales Team, you will collaborate with the Distribution Manager and local distributors from various international markets to finalize business deals and increase revenue. As a Solution Engineer you will be in charge of the pre-sales phase. This includes identifying and understanding customer needs, designing ideal solution architectures for their projects, executing product demonstrations, offering technical support, and assisting customers during their implementation phase.
Besides that, your daily responsibilities will include:
Deliver compelling customer proposals in partnership with the assigned distributor, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions;
Assist in the implementation and configuration of IXON's remote access and IIoT solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and integration with clients' existing systems;
Provide technical training to distributors, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent and sell our products effectively;
Regularly update distributors on new product features and improvements, keeping them informed and competitive in the market;
Visit customers and distributors both locally and internationally to build strong relationships and provide on-site support and guidance.
