As a result of continued high growth, we are now recruiting for another Sales Manager to drive new business development in DACH. This position is available in both hybrid and remote alternatives, with a home office location in Germany. Applicant must be a resident of Germany.

You will be positioned as an expert in open banking with a broad understanding of how Tink´s product portfolio and value proposition can support various industry subverticals. As Sales Manager you will build our customer portfolio in the DACH region as well as the Netherlands and drive innovation with our partners and ultimately bring financial happiness to our customers’ and their end users. As a crucial member of Tink’s Business Development Team, you will help design and execute the team’s sales and growth strategy. This position is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong network and become a trusted advisor to leading European financial institutions.

What we offer you

  • Build a strong network and become a trusted advisor to enterprise companies in the most relevant industry subverticals as well as successfully position Tink as the future of open banking technology

  • Generate sales and create new business opportunities, partially based on an existing pipeline but with a view to increase that pipeline, while managing sales processes to reach a final commercial agreement

  • Execute short-term strategy while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success

  • Lead workshops and meetings with key customer stakeholders to better identify client needs and match them with Tink offering

  • Build brand awareness, plan and lead marketing activities with customers and initiate successful marketing projects

  • Represent Tink at conferences and other public speaking events

What we're looking for

  • Sales experience, ideally selling SaaS/financial solutions

  • Understanding of the digital/online payments industry

  • A track record of achieving ambitious customer acquisition targets

  • Negotiation skills and experience of driving negotiations to a close, both individually and through colleagues and partners

  • Native/fluent in German and English
