Job Title: Account Manager - Latam
Location: Remote (PST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM PST

Role Overview:

As our Account Manager, you'll play a dual role in curating captivating meme content while also providing exceptional account management support to our valued clients. Your days will be filled with discovering the freshest memes and trending news events on social media platforms like Twitter and Reddit.

Your responsibilities include:

• Scouring social media platforms for the latest memes and trending topics.
• Creating engaging memes that align with our client's brand messaging and themes.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Managing client inquiries and support requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

In addition to meme creation and account management, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your creative ideas and insights to enhance our clients' social media presence.

Key Requirements:

• Strong familiarity with Twitter, Reddit, and other social media platforms.
• Proficient meme creation skills, including photo and video editing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with account management or customer service is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Existing Twitter presence and social media management experience.
• Good English skills (great is a bonus!).
• Knowledge of tools like Capcut, Airtable, Slack, and Mailchimp.
