Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Tester with expertise in Selenium and the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Design:
    • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
    • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Automated Testing:
    • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
    • Utilize ServiceNow ATF to automate tests for various ServiceNow modules.
    • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Manual Testing:
    • Perform manual testing when necessary to validate critical functionality.
    • Document and report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
  • Test Execution and Reporting:
    • Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze results.
    • Identify, document, and track bugs.
    • Provide test status updates and create detailed test reports.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and strategies.
    • Continuously enhance testing processes and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automated testing.
    • Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver for test automation.
    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred).
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
    • ISTQB Certification (a plus).
