Schedule: 20 hours per week | Part-time
• 3 working days per week
- 1st Day: 10:00am - 6:00pm = 8 hrs less 1 hour unpaid break = 7hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT)
- 2nd Day: 10:00am - 5:30pm = 7.5 hrs less 1 hour unpaid break = 6.5hours (10:00 AM to 4:30 PM PHT)
- 3rd Day: 10:00am - 5:30pm = 7.5 hrs less 1 hour unpaid break = 6.5hours (10:00 AM to 4:30 PM PHT)

Job Responsibilities:
● Ensure the college website is user-friendly, informative, and visually appealing. Highlight programs, campus life, facilities, and success stories of alumni.
● Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content to rank higher in search engine results when potential students search for relevant keywords.
● Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Use targeted online ads on platforms like Google Ads and social media to reach prospective students.
● Social Media Marketing: Maintain active and engaging social media profiles to interact with students, share campus updates, and promote events.
● Content Marketing: Blogging - Publish informative and relevant blog posts that showcase the college's expertise, achievements, and campus life.
● Video Content: Create videos highlighting campus tours, student experiences, faculty interviews, and program overviews.
● Flyers and Brochure updates creation, familiar with various software tools to create flyers and brochures
● College Fairs and Events: Participate in college fairs and community events to reach out to a wider audience and provide information about the college's offerings.
● Student Ambassadors: Recruit current students as brand ambassadors to represent the college, share their experiences, and connect with potential students.
● Email Marketing: Build and maintain a database of potential students and regularly send out informative and personalized email newsletters.
● Print Collateral: Design and distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other print materials showcasing the college's unique selling points.
● Online Webinars and Workshops: Conduct webinars and virtual workshops on various topics to engage potential students and showcase the college's expertise.
● Targeted Advertising: Use demographic and behavioral data to target potential students through online and offline advertising campaigns.
● Alumni Engagement: Involve alumni in promotion efforts, showcasing their success stories, and organizing alumni meetups to create a sense of community and pride.
Requirements:
● Provide a portfolio sample of previous social media content
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● At least two years of experience creating content for social media and websites
● Previous experience in social media marketing, email marketing, SEO and PPC
● Proficient in MS Office, Windows and Google tools
● Experience in using Adobe Photoshop and any video-editing tool
As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
