Production Project Manager (all genders)

Our Toniebox can be found in many children's rooms around the world, with new ones being added every day. This rapid growth brings a variety of exciting challenges – such as ensuring smooth production of Tonies & Tonieboxes. That's why we are looking for strong support for our fantastic Production System Management Team!

As a Production Project Manager (all genders), you will together with your team be responsible for the introduction of standardized and reliable production processes to support our Toniebox suppliers. You will serve as a crucial interface between our internal development and local manufacturing, significantly contributing to our Lean Production.

• Project Management: Independent planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation of projects in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Process Development: Development, maintenance, and optimization of Toniebox production processes to ensure stable and efficient production at the supplier
• Automation: Implementation of initiatives to optimize and automate production processes and systems
• Support: Providing top-notch support for all parties involved in Toniebox production, both internally and externally
• Quality Control: Implementation of measures to comply with quality standards
• Process Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and improvement of production processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Supplier Management: Close collaboration with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth production
• Training: Conducting internal training and workshops on new processes and technologies

• You have a completed technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production, Automation Technology) or a comparable qualification
• You have extensive experience in project management and have worked in a production environment for at least 5 years
• You possess good knowledge of manufacturing processes and comprehensive expertise in developing reliable and future-oriented production processes
• You are capable of translating requests into technical requirements and finding the right people internally and externally to implement them
• You are characterized by structured action, calmness in stressful situations, and a solution-oriented working style
• You enjoy interdisciplinary, international collaboration as well as appreciative and goal-oriented communication
• You have business-fluent English skills; German would be  a plus
• Last but not least, you can imagine regularly visiting your team in Düsseldorf
