What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing position
  • Experience with CRM software (Zoho preferred, not essential)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to deliver results
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Willingness to work onsite - Clark Office


What will you do in our team?

Business Development

  • Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling, emails, and social media
  • Maintaining and growing existing leads
  • Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies
  • Managing the available lead pipeline and workload through the effective use of CRMs and other supporting technology
  • Managing both existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
  • Taking a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials
  • Identifying trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Monitoring and evaluating industry trends and customer drivers and meeting regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy

Client Management

  • Providing prompt responses to all prospects and clients
  • Promoting the company products and services
  • Maintaining LinkedIn accounts of AE
  • Effectively nurturing business opportunities and partnerships
  • Communicating key information with all relevant stakeholders, including both internal and external
  • Maintaining professional etiquette at all times with internal and external stakeholders

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  1. Providing insights and business intelligence to improve effectiveness and performance across all lead channel activities and campaigns to help drive sales and performance

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Implementing strict confidentiality measures to protect sensitive financial information
  • Upholding the highest ethical standards in dealing with confidential information, ensuring trust and credibility
  • Managing the release of information only on a need-to-know basis and with appropriate consent
  • Ensuring all confidential data and documents are securely stored and protected from unauthorized access

Effective Communication

  • Responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and issues to maintain trust and cooperation
  • Mediating disputes and conflicts by facilitating open and constructive dialogue among parties
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate sharing of relevant information with all key stakeholders
  • Communicating information in a straightforward and easily understandable manner

Other Responsibilities

  • Performing any administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any of the Company’s representatives from time to time through direct written order or verbal assignment
