Sustainment Planner

The Opportunity:

As a Sustainment Planner, you’ll bring your technical background to collaborate with leaders in Logistics and Mobility on projects for Joint and Bilateral training. You’ll use your skills as you analyze, assess, and communicate critical and real-time information for the DoD and Host Nation training. Work with us to help find solutions to complex training scenarios.

You Have:  

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics serving as an Officer, Chief Warrant Officer, or Senior Non-commissioned Officer at the Division level or above

  • Experience with sustainment integration (C2) at the ESC and above

  • Experience with developing joint sustainment plans

  • Experience with integrating joint resources for theater sustainment

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Ability to communicate and present written and orally with a general officer staff

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • 8+ years of experience at the Brigade level or above

  • Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP)

  • Knowledge of theater and advanced joint planning to shape and deliver desired plans

  • Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy and USINDOPACOM TCP/TCO, GCPs, CT EXORD, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master’s degree

  • Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or Battle Staff Course

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
