As an EDI support specialist, Customer Service, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • 受注業務に関する顧客とのEDI連携を行う。EDIでの受注、納期連絡、出荷連絡がスムースに行われるよう管理を行う。またEDIに関わるマスター管理を行う。
  • EDIに関わる新規導入または変更等(テスト含む)、システム仕様調整を顧客及び社内関連部門と行う。
  • EDIに関わる顧客または社内からの問合せ、トラブル対応の調査、対応を行う。必要に応じ、EDIに関わる各種データを加工して判断するための資料作成を行う
  • SAP EDIに関わる問合せ、仕様変更等がある場合は、英語を使ってのコミュニケーションも必要。
  • 発注WEBサイトの問い合わせ窓口リーダーとして管理を行う。不具合があれば、海外チームに連絡を行う

歓迎条件/必須条件:

  • システムに関する高いIT知識と経験が必要です。System Engineerの経験があると大変有益です。EDIの顧客仕様書等の理解は必要です
  • SAPの受注に関する知識があると大変有益です
  • EDIとiDOCに関する知識および経験があると有益です
  • その他、Excel等データ処理ツールに関する高い知識と経験があると有益です
  • 調整能力、コミュニケーション能力も役立ちます。また、ある程度の英語力も役立ちます。
  • 同僚とのチームワークでと助け合うことも重要です

Job Description:

As an EDI support specialist, Customer Service, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Manage EDI connections with customers regarding order processing. Manage EDI order processing, delivery date notification, and shipping notification to ensure smooth processing. Also manage EDI-related master data.
  • Coordinate system specifications with clients and related internal departments regarding new implementations or modifications to EDI (including testing).
  • Investigate and respond to customer or internal inquiries and problems related to EDI.

If necessary, process various EDI-related data and prepare materials for judgment.

  • If there are any inquiries or specification changes regarding SAP EDI, communication in English will also be required.
  • Manage the ordering website as the inquiry contact point leader. If there is a problem, contact the overseas team.

Preferred conditions / requirements:

  • High level of IT knowledge and experience in systems is required. Experience as a system engineer is highly beneficial. Understanding of EDI customer specifications, etc. is required.
  • Knowledge of SAP Order Processing is highly beneficial
  • with EDI and iDOC is beneficial
  • Additionally, it would be beneficial to have strong knowledge and experience of data processing tools such as Excel.Coordination and communication skills are also helpful, as is some English proficiency.
  • It is also important to work in a team with your colleagues and help each other.
